should know?

Make sure you are in a private space.

Turn any other device (such as tv or radio) off.

Try to make sure your face is well-lit.

Ensure you won’t be
disturbed by other household members, including children and pets.

Be aware of your  surroundings. If you don’t want the psych to see your kitchen, don’t have your consult in that room.

If you are concerned about others overhearing you, use headphones and discuss this with your treating psychologist.
